We believe that art and design gives children the opportunity to express themselves creatively, explore ideas and develop their own unique ways of seeing and understanding the world. Our art curriculum aims to nurture creativity, curiosity, confidence and self-expression. Children are encouraged to experiment, take creative risks and develop their own ideas, while learning the skills and techniques needed to communicate through art. We want children to enjoy creating, but also to understand that art is a discipline that requires practice, perseverance, decision-making and reflection.
