Our music curriculum aims to develop confident, creative and enthusiastic musicians. Through singing, performing, composing, listening and responding to music, children develop the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to enjoy and participate in music throughout their lives. We want children to experience the joy of making music together, while also developing the confidence to explore their own musical ideas. Our curriculum is carefully sequenced so that children's musical knowledge, skills and confidence develop progressively throughout their time at our school.
